If conditions change, we adjust routing or storage to make sure your wine arrives exactly as it left your cellar, safe from heat, cold or unnecessary handling.

If requested, we can organize and place the bottles according to your specifications. Temporary climate-controlled storage is also available if your destination is not ready.

We also provide customs brokerage and clearance whenever possible, however, import requirements vary by country. Therefore, in some cases, the consignee is responsible for handling customs clearance, permits and documentation on the destination side.
